Security Force Assistance Brigade Assessment and Selection Informational Video
In order to become a U.S. Army Advisor, soldiers must attend Security force assistance brigade's (SFAB) Assessment and Selection (A&S) to earn their place in one of five Security force assistance brigades. SFABs require their advisors to be subject matter experts in their craft while being fit, intelligent, and creative leaders who far exceed all standards.
SFAB A&S is influenced by other u.s. army assessment and selection courses such as special forces assessment and selection, ranger assessment, selection and preparation course, and 16oth special operations aviation regiment's green platoon.
Security force assistance command faced difficulties in communicating what candidates can expect in terms of events and evaluations for A&S. SGT Leva travelled to Fort Moore, Georgia, to film all of the events the candidates need to complete while being evaluated by SFAB A&S Cadre members.
Ultimately, this product helped thousands of solders to better understand and prepare for a&S by garnering tens of thousands of views on multiple youtube channels from official Department of defense pages and other news outlets.
